In May 23, we had a tear off and roof put on. The house was leaking in 2 bedrooms. They knew this when they bid the job. I walked ***** (salesman) around. He said they could fix this. I showed him black mold in the closets. First Estimate ****. Best price so we chose them. Estimate after a second person came out to check out house, ****, because they would need wood. Final price $10400. ( needed even more wood) No plywood was used. Our attic ceiling is made of 1x6 boards from rafters to rafters. First rain the roof leaked in Kitchen were there were no issues. Someone came out, said the flashing on chimney was not done correctly. No more leaks in kitchen but the water ruined several ceiling tiles. I was told they would take care of that. Asked several times about the tiles but got nothing yet 7 months later, still no replaced tiles.The roof started leaking in both bedrooms again with the first snow. I called the company, Sales man came out with someone else. ****** was condensation due to lack of enough insulation. Not their problem. I and a roofer went into the attic, Insulation was wet. Very few new boards. There also were boards broken and hanging down. Either they didn't fix in the first place OR The large nails they used went through it and broke it. At least 2 are broken and hanging. (I believe their crew was a pickup crew that *** not have put the tarpaper on correctly) (none spoke English AND were unloading at the neighbors house when I went over and told them they were at the wrong address) Address **** not **** Something is definitely wrong not condensation. The roofer said they would do a complete tear off/reroof. I can't afford that. Had to get a loan for the first roof.

RoofOhio *** does not utilize pick up crews for installations, all of our installers have been used regularly for a number of years. 5 starsRoofOhio cleaned my gutters out at the end of the year last year. They noticed I had damage to the side of my new building. They were able to get comparative material and fixed the building! Excellent work! Thankful for their keen eye!
