  I was promised "flawless detailing" From the service. I had previously taken vehicles to TSC, and they had done outstanding work, When we tried "flawless" for the first time, the vehicle came back to us, less clean than if we would have taken it through the local car wash. Not as good as having run it through one car wash one time. The trunk compartment was never opened, never swept, There were water streaks all over the vehicle and bird manure. None of the door jams were cleaned, they all were filthy, the undercarriage of the car was not even sprayed like a cheap car wash would do. They were wrappers under the seat. Overall, the majority of the vehicle was not even touched. There was no additional sprays or odors, or the typical thrones provided by a decent. Detailer, Literally, without exaggeration, going through the local stationary car wash would have been at the better value. My employee who picked up the vehicle was shocked, took several photos, and was certain that "flawless" detail Would at least make some attempt to clean the vehicle as they had been paid in full, Unfortunately, the vehicle was picked up At a time when my employee could not properly view How poor the work was.
  
  In total, I had to deliver the car on Wednesday, but regardless, when we contacted the details on the Monday
  
  They basically said it was impossible to remove the bird manure from the vehicle. This is incorrect as my employee has already removed it. Even just a slight wax job removed all the stuff stuck to the exterior that they had left.
  
  But there was no wax job
  
  There was not even a cleaning job or any reasonable effort made.
  
  So basically, they told us they already have our money, they're not going to lift A finger, because it was impossible to remove the bird manure.
  
  Miraculously, the detailer I took it to after them was able to remove the bird manure polish the vehicle, wax the vehicle use scent and finishes inside of the vehicle, and return it to me with a decent job done

  Hello *** and thanks for leaving this review without reaching out to us first. First we would like to apologize about missing the area in the trunk as this is the only attached picture we have of a missed spot. As far as the other areas being missed that is hard to understand when the vehicle was went over with your employee. We also reached out in regards to the amount of excessive dirt, marijuana in the car and smell, as this would require an upcharge. Though you were not uncharged the service was still completed. As far as bird droppings, bird dropping will etch and permanently damage Clear coat in as little as 5 days, however you can polish said bird etching for a slight visual improvement. This service was not included in your detail package. Communication goes a long way especially for this type of business/service and due to how this was scheduled and the multiple hands in the pot, I think this is where the issue is. We wish you the best.
