    Was referred by my dentist to get my wisdom tooth extracted, wisdom tooth was removed and my tooth right next to it was cracked. I called them after going for an emergency appt with my dentist office and was informed that it’s common when a wisdom tooth is removed. I contacted this office and left a vm back in sept of 2023 and called again today and was told they don’t have a vm and there is nothing they can do. You have the X-rays showing my tooth was not cracked nor did I have any issue with the tooth before getting the wisdom tooth removed. Now I have to pay ($1200) $406 to get it replace after what the insurance will cover. The lady that called me back today claims that I never left a vm in regards to this and there is no proof they did it. Asked about if there is a corporate number or someone else above her and she said that she is the one to speak with. Will never return and will be seeking legal advise. I just wanted to get my tooth fixed that was cracked nothing more nothing less

    Hello, this was of great concern when the patient called regarding this.  We take great pride in our work and will address any valid concerns appropriately.  We started looking into this further right away.   It was 6 months past her surgery, and the first we had been informed of it.  All of our calls are recorded and used for training purposes, and unfortunately have no record of her complaint.  We then worked closely with the referring dentist office to obtain x-rays and pictures taken pre and post-surgery, we then determined that where the tooth cracked couldn't have been from the surgery.  We brought the patient into the office and the doctor reviewed this information with her the next day, which happens to be the day after this complaint was filed, and she understood.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    They are trying to find any excuse and then lied the whole time but I no longer want them to fix my tooth that only had an issue with once my wisdom tooth was pulled. And I went to a follow up with my dentist not the place that cracked it as an emergency appt and I’m not sure how their phone system work but a voicemail wouldn’t have a recorded line. They are unprofessional and instead of taking accountability and trying to resolve it they make up excuses but. So yes I reject their response .
