  also took my money for materials and has never came back with materials to finish job or repay the 2000 he took
  did some other work for me that i had to call him back to finish and never cleans up mess

  They never finished a room addition from last summer. They never came back to do the siding after they ordered the wrong color. Will not answer our calls or texts.Gutter work still needs done and the roof leaks bad. Will never recommend them and to the people I have, I let them know about their work ethics.

  We hired Sylvania Handyman for 1 job and it wasn't completed fully when we paid him in full. We then signed him to work another job installing a new roof on our home. He left the roof open to rain and the elements and it caused more damage inside my home in several rooms. When he finally returned after numerous calls he only finished the roof, Did not reinstall gutters and downspouts, did not finish 1st floor roof. We now have to hire another contractor to fix and replace one ceiling downstairs, 2 ceilings upstairs and a wall. My front door also does not line up due to warping from water damage. We expected him to make good on not only finishing the project but fixing the damages. He does not return phone calls and his texts if they come are days later. We wanted a refund as the job is not near being finished and he already has 5500.00 down payment.
  The 1st job which I paid in full was about 80% finished and still needs finishing as well. My house has debris such as nails, shingles and other debris outside that wasn't picked up as well.
