    While this company did a good job in moving, I do not believe the business process was transparent. When I emailed the company I sent pictures, details on the items being moved, etc and was given a quote of 225/hr plus fuel. The actual move it self took 3 hours (my husband timed it); however, the total bill was close to $1,000. This math did not add up for me. 3hr x 225 + gas = 750.When speaking with **** after the move he indicated that they charge for round trip travel stating this is industry standard. I have moved between 4 states and was never told that I had to pay round trip travel cost for the movers to/from my location, unless it was out of state. My issue is that this was not communicated. This is disheartening because I had another company that gave a quote that now came in significantly less than this company. I will not be using this company again.
