  I worked there as a delivery driver for about 2 months. I was given four hours a week. Pay was ***** while in the business, and **** while driving, plus tips. My main concern, is the cleanliness. They do not wash their hands as necessary before food prep, and do not wear gloves when building fresh food entres.They do not wash pans, even after hitting the floor. They do not keep gluten free separate from the gluten items. They only pay 55 cents per mile, when the state minimum is 65 cents per mile. They dont clean their other dishes as well as should be. They do not use a sanitizer machine to clean their dishes. Ive got experience working in the restaurant industry dating to ****, and we used a sanitizer machine, and washed EVERY pan. If you check their walk in, youll find that their vegetables arent kept the way they should be. This is the ************ location in ********, and is located on 81st street, between Olive and *******. I discontinued working at this location, bc its disorganized, isnt clean, and wouldnt provide enough working hours for a part time employee. From my understanding, I was to be given ***** hours per week. I felt extremely embarrassed washing dishes at this location, as I didnt feel like I could provide the proper cleaning necessary for guest to eat off of. For instance, the sink smells like food that has been decaying for a long time. They have a 3 sink setup, that drains into the floor, completely exposed, gnats are everywhere, and theres just the general disposition that something will eventually cause an illness for a guest or an employee. I write this, because, Ive ordered food from this location myself, and am extremely concerned that someone could become sick from their lack of concern around cleanliness.
