SENIOR CITIZENS BEWARE!!! Especially women! I was charged $853 for less than 30 minutes of work by the owner of this company. He took advantage of the fact that my water was off because of a leak that I was not sure where it was coming from. AND because I'm a woman! He indicated that he was going to have to do some heavy drilling, etc etc. ** drilling was done! He spent more time talking to me while I was watching TV then he did on the leak. At one point, he went to our local hardware store which is 2 minutes away, and was gone for 40 minutes! He never gave me a written estimate to sign prior to the job, and no itemized receipt afterwards even though I requested one. I am on a fixed income and now literally do not know how I will even buy groceries now. STAY AWAY FROM PEACOCK PLUMBING... ***** *** ***** ** *********

We at peacock plumbing were very happy to help Miss *********** with her plumbing issue in a very timely manor the same day she had called as it was an emergency that we prioritized over non emergency calls. We provided 2 options to rectify her issue. We were able to save her some money by figuring out a way to do the job without drilling holes through the walls and running new pipe by the amount of 400 dollars. 2 prices were verbally given of 1150 and 750. She chose the lower price. 75 was the service fee and 28 was a credit card convenience charge. We were there for 3 hours start to finish a d provided an invoice within 24 hours next business day via electronically. Here at peacock plumbing we pride in doing our work ethically as our 5 star rating on Yelp and BBB show. Even though Miss *********** did not appreciate our help and has attempted to tarnish our good name, we enjoyed meeting her and were thankful we could fix her leak under her slab without extended cost. I used them to fix a leak in my 70 yr old plumbing, and they were great. They fixed it in an afternoon, in spite of several challenges due to the age of the house and plumbing, They were respectful and I think creative to get the job done.Peacock Plumbing LLC

*** has been one excellent plumber for me. Very experienced and will answer any questions you have honestly. He's done a big job done for me a couple of years ago and another one again with excellent work done.
