    Unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. The hotel was extremely dirty the bed had blood stains on it, the carpet was torn, and there were cockroaches in the room. Cleanliness was absolutely nonexistent. On top of that, the staff member we dealt with was rude, unprofessional, and clearly racist. Her attitude was disrespectful and completely unacceptable. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

    We had to leave after finding cockroaches in our room. We tried to stay because it was non-refundable, but the lobby and hallways were filthy and worn. We showed pictures of the bugs to the front desk but they still refused to give a refund. Do not stay here

    Stayed on 7/25/24 Room keys did not work, when able to get in room no lights within the doorway(safety issue). The thermostat not functional as well as AC unit had been broken. Moved to another room and there was a dirty rag on the vanity, toilet seat broken, no hand soap, toilet paper roll was close to empty, ice machine in hallway was broken and had trash in the grill. When informing front desk female attendant she did not want to hear any of the concerns. I then called on 7/26 because my credit card was charged $75.00 to inquire why as the room was prepaid. Response was given and I was assured of a refund. I then asked to speak to a manager and I was i formed there is no manager only owners and I could not speak to the owners. I shared the concerns again and the response is similar to other complaints. You get what you pay for and she hung up on me. Regardless of cost any customer should be provided a clean snd safe experience.

    They have charged me $330 a $67 charge and $112 charge. Our reservation is supposed to be in 110 and $65. Well I got charged all that other.

    Very dirty rooms . I went to complain about tub and I was told it was permanent marker when it was actually mold or mildew . Toilet had mold in it . No running hot water and bed had blood stains on it . When I would show the them pictures I was told the building is 25 years old and that’s why their rates are so low . I was told it was supposed to be Renovated . I’m sure them rooms don’t get clean throughly, I’m convinced they only change the sheets ,wipe down the basics along with vacuuming and that’s it . I also had questions about the charges I was charged for on my card.

    Booked through third party travel site. Pictures on website are from many years ago and do not reflect current state of filth. In addition to the filthy room, the refrigerator and TV did not work. I spoke to the person in charge (she said they do not have a manager) the next morning and she agreed to an early check out with no penalties. I paid for four nights but she only refunded two nights. When I spoke to her again she was nasty and rude and after telling me she was trying to run a business (sounds like a manager to me), she informed me that she didn't have to return any of my money. She refused to talk with me any further and refused to answer the telephone for the third party travel site. sheriffs office was contacted and a deputy responded with whom she also refused to comply with. My $75 security deposit was also kept. This is not a place for families. Due to the all of the mold and filth, it should not be able to accommodate anyone.I was not able to give this place a zero rating, I had to leave a star rating, which is more than generous.

    We had issues at check in with the clerk demanding a $200 deposit. We finally got into the rooms and they were filthy and in disrepair. Dead bugs and filth in the window tracks, dirty socks and rubber gloves from a previous guest under the cushions on the sleep sofa, dirt and lint piled behind the bathroom door, stains on the bedding, vents caked with nastiness, and peeling wallpaper in room 1. Room 2 had the same issues as room 1 and had issues with lighting. One light in the main and the light in the bathroom was the only ones in working order, and the heat / air unit not properly working. Would go from blowing cold air to hot.
