    Be cautious about paying for classes!I purchased a BOGO class for cinnamon rolls. The day finally came for the class, there was a big storm warning for that night. So the class was switched till Sunday afternoon, that still was fine. Then Sunday comes and get a text saying the class has to be canceled. I was very disappointed, but was told a free class of my choice and a refund would be given. This is when I started getting irritated, a week and have went by no refund! Sent a text questioning it, was told she would look into it. Didnt hear back, so sent another text. Was told I would see it by the end of that week and sometimes it takes a while, I wait! NO REFUND still, was told it was done not sure why I havent seen it yet. I called my bank and had them check, nothing was ever sent or even tried that they see. Sent text again explaining what my bank said, she told me if I came to the shop she would refund me, or she would mail me a check. I gave her my address and then we made arrangements for me to stop at the shop. I drive an hour away for a appointment and then an extra half hour so she can run the refund. Im 5 minutes away and text to make sure she was there, she sends me a text I mailed it. At this point Im very irritated!! *This all started July 23, 2023 and still NO REFUND!!! I have gotten nothing but the runaround and its been over a month now that I havent seen a refund or check. So very disappointing and just want to give a warning to others. This class was was paid for on July 5, 2023 for $115.00 as of today Aug 30, 2023 NO REFUND!!! BE CAUTIOUS!

    The customer WAS refunded in full. Once we process the refund, we have no control Over how long the customers bank takes to credit.
