      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

      I would definitely like to hear from the owner of the Gionino's Pizzeria located in ******* **** in regards to my complaint. ***** ********

      n town and asked if they passed the Credit Card fee on.
      All 10 places, which we have patronized, answer was NO. No fee added to Credit Card purchases.
      I am initiating this complaint for the following reasons:
      1. If a business is going to pass on the Credit Card fee to the customer, it should be visibly posted
      2. The Credit Card fee should be itemized on your receipt (receipt attached)
      3. That an employee was willing to sign my signature on the merchant receipt
      4. That an employee would tell me something that was not true about their competition in Ashland
      "They all charge the Credit Card Fee, you just don't see it"

      Feb 14,2023 @5:08 pm ***** cost of food I call gioninos pizza in ****** ****..my first question to the guy that was taking my order..are you busy. His answer was no we are not...I placed my order of a large 1/2 double pepperoni and the other half just cheese plus 6 ** ***..gave me my total ..I asked how long for delivery once again he stated it won't be more then an hr...which it always takes just under an hour..which was fine..the two hour **** came and went still no food..I called and this time the manager answered the phone iasked how much longer for food..she stated it was out for delivery..2 hours and 13 mins later the food shows up...came in open the box and pizza and *******'s both ice cold. The cheese on the pizza was rubber..couldnt even chew it.....I call the pizza shop to let them no I was not happy with the food...once again I talk to the manager Missy or something like that is her name...she was nasty on the phone calling me a lier when I stayed the guy that took my order stayed they were not busy...after going round and round with her I got a credit for only the pizza not the ** **** not sure why she would not give me all credit that I paid for which was *****.Feb 25,2023 @5:55i called to replace my food..only gave me $14.00 credit of the $*****...the manager same girl Missy or ***** took my order..she stated ***** mins...I was fine with that .I asked for napkins and plates to be added to my order.. she stated back to me we don't do that...I stated well you always have in the past...her come back wad you have to come pick it up since it's a credit. Right from there she got nasty once again....I stated I don't think so...I asked to speak to the owner..she stated he's at another shop working..they have like 4 pizza shops with the same name..asked for his number she said no. I call another one of there pizza shops and the manager at this one stated I'll call him and give him your number and he will call you back...no call back..I'm bringing this matter to you to see if you can help me get All my money back..$*****..

       I am rejecting this response because:

      Once again they are trying to cover because they didnt say that while on the phone with me. Just trying to cover there mistake and o me paying with a big **** covers them ok but me giving them my card not know if they write it down to go buy anything they want later and it changed me.is completely ok not once again funny how the manger wants to tell me what was said to me on the phone when he didnt take my order and go straight to being rude when I called him no they can say what they want. To try to save face but everyone knows what happened and will not buy from them anymore complaint makes it worst. You need to go tho and retrain your people I get sometime you forget to say something of a company policy. But when the manger wants to be rude and act all bad there is no call for that at all normal have good things about this place after this I will not be coming back and telling everyone I know and talk to never to order from you! That is uncalled for.

      The Gionino's location in the complaint does not accept large bills on delivery to protect our personnel and business.  The policy was communicated to the customer in the phone call prior to their final purchase, production, and delivery.  Customer still wanted to pay with large **** at the door when delivery arrived, even after policy was expressed on the phone that we do not.  Customer was asked to pay by credit card at the door as a resolution but customer refused.

       I am rejecting this response because:

      Know you would because you cant admit you are wrong. Because then everyone will know you lie and cheat your customers. So you can try to Consider this closed all you want. Your company policy is to try to protect you. Not your customers if I truly wanted to treat you like you treat the customers I wouldnt be on here.there are other ways to handle this people. But go ahead and try to close this put me on the list of people or places you dont take orders for like I said you lost a lot of customers over this trying to tell me what someone said to me on the phone thats just heard say and holds no Value. Have proved your a s*** company and only care about whatever you feel like
