Do not trust the service **** if you need something fixed at Ag Pro Tiffin OH. This happened to me fall of 2024. I was laid up physically and decided to let Ag Pro work on my tractor rather than do it myself with a bad back. I never gave it thought to contact BBB until now, but I've found out that others have had similar experience with Ag Pro so I thought I should warn others if I can. I I took my 425 in because of hydraulic leak. The bill was $300+, and tractor was still leaking just as bad when I got it home. Took it back to them, and after them keeping it for well over two weeks this time and charged me another $900+ the tractor still leaked just as bad. After talking to them about it they said bring it back and they would replace another part and the bill would be an additional $1900 to fix it coming to a total of $3200+ overall. I said no way. I ended up working on the tractor myself. The leak was coming from one of the 5 hydraulic steering lines going into power steering pump. They had put dye in the fluid which could easily be seen using a cheap black light flash light and I found the leak easily. I pulled steering pump out, polished the ports slightly to smooth them up and put a set of O-rings in it costing a grand total of $6.00. So, the project took an amateur like me about 4 hours to do, but I don't do this kind of repair regularly, so I had to figure everything out and learn as I went. The "professionals" at ********************* charged me for 3 new hydraulic lines but left in two of the old ones one of which was the leaky one. Also, charged for florescent dye, hydraulic fluid and labor totaling $1300+ more and still returned the tractor to me still leaking, and then wanted a $1900 more to "fix it right" the 3rd time. I don't know if this is a scheme to part people from their money or if they are just that incompetent but from this point forward I am now my own mechanic. Nothing of mine will ever go back to Tiffin Ag Pro.
