      Purchased high end dishwasher May 5. June 23, still unable to use. Service been here 2x. New parts (in a new dishwasher). Ralphs is supposed to be working with ** to get additional parts for the second time. I do not want a rebuilt dishwasher, I paid a lot of money for a new one. I have repeatedly asked to have this model picked up and I will pick out a different model. The time lapse to fix this issue is unacceptable. I have asked for the owner to contact me which has not happened. This is a lemon from ** and GE and Ralphs needs to make it right with me ASAP. Assuming it will be 2 more plus weeks. I do not recommend this store for customer service satisfaction. This store makes a lot of money, certainly they could correct this situation in a timely manner.
