      Wish I had read the reviews 1st. After the re glazing job was finished they were to come the next day to take the tapping off and replace the shower curtain and related items, but never came back to finish the job. I noticed rough texture, smooth in spots, terrible finish. When I called to complain, Carrie said to use the bath for a while and it should get smoother. I could not believe that cock and bull story (a rough finish does not get smoother! I then had to finish installing the hardware and removing the tape and clean some of the over spray. When the young man backed his truck (big mudder tires) damaged the asphalt driveway, digging a large hole. Overall a piss poor job!

      Customer removed fixtures on bathtub prior to our appointment even though he was told not to. It is not our responsibility to put them back on when he is the one who took them off. The customer has canceled appointment for us to return to see the "terrible finish", so it must not be that terrible after all. Customer failed to state his driveway is a cracked blacktop driveway that is in horrible condition. Regardless Bath Magic came out and patched driveway for customer. Bath Magic has made every attempt 100 % to try to please this customer.

      I was very pleased with the service Bath Magic offered. They were able to give me an accurate quote over the phone and were able to come out in about a week to do the work.
      Lady in office was very nice and answered all my questions, I had a lot.
      Rep knew his stuff! My once dingy looking tub is now shiny and a breeze to clean.
