    Dawson Service Heating & Air Conditioning sent a tech to my home to assess why my air conditioner unit was not holding refrigerant. They assess that it was a rusted plate, sent diagnosis and cost to AHS warranty insurance company. I followed up with this company to determine what I needed to do at this point. Dawson Service Heating & Air Conditioning customer service rep answers the phone, became easily agitated just by my inquiry and proceeded to tell me she was very busy and either I would pay for the refrigerant ($1700 for 6 lbs), there was nothing else to talk about. I asked her why she was screaming at me, when all I am trying to do is understand next steps, she hung up on me. I made repeated calls back, was ignored with exception of one time when she picked up the phone and said..."I can't help you, call AHS", and slammed the phone down again. After reading several reviews I noticed this is the norm for this company. They condone this behavior. Please do your research, do not use this company!!!
