    I called because my bleach dispenser is leaking . I told them up right dryer on top . They came out 1 man . Then tells me 2 men are needed for what I called about . Never checked dispenser to if it's leaking ,never ran water in it . Told me to clean it. Just started it and ran it and said maybe **** on door . It's an up right . Came out only to tell me wash my washer ,Never looked inside took anything apart . What did I pay for ? I paid for someone else to look at it like I was and did nothing like I did and said I had to wash it which i knew to wash it . The insides of the dispenser. 100 dollars for that . If it still leaks like it will because he never checked that . It's going to cost more . This is thievery at its finest !

    We understand that there was a lack of communication and did try to resolve the issue by offering a no charge return visit. Unfortunately, the offer was rejected as customer stated she did not want us back out. The technician did give the proper assessment and the proper advise on cleaning the debris impacted and moldy dispenser to solve the issue. The customer did ask the technician  if the dryer could be taken off  to take apart and clean the inside of the washer (which was not necessary or required) and was advised that 2 gentleman would be needed to do so, which her current issue would not require. Her current issue only needed 1 technician to assess. There were 2 phone conversations in an attempt to resolve any misunderstanding,  with the customer unwilling to accept and then hanging up on our office staff. We would like the customer to please call back in an give us a chance to straighten things out. Please ask for our service manager , ***. We are in the customer ********************** business and do not want an unhappy customer. Thank you.
