    Took my car over fot a front ent alignment they told me they coulnt get the front end parts to move for the alignment mind you thes parts are all new so i got home and jacked up yhe car the parts loosened up no issues called them back they worked on it for 2 hours and still charger me for something they couldn't do i asked for a refund they said no that was 5/19/23 the next week i took the car to good year on alexis road no issues aligned my car 96 dollars front end parts moved for them no problem that was 5/26/24 have both receipts for work would like a refund for

    When customer arrived with his 1977 Chyrsler Aspen, he said to be aware that the brakes were sketchy. We brought customer's vehicle in and onto the alignment rack. We found vehicle has a bad lower ball joint. Customer also has stiffner clamps (used for racing purposes) on top of the control arms and we could not remove to adjust camber. Prepared quote for customer, called with estimate. Customer stated he can do that himself and just align the vehicle the best we could. After customer picked up vehicle, he called and accused us of being thieves and not doing anything to his vehicle. We told him to bring the vehicle back in and we would redo it. Made him an appointment, and told him that he can be in the bay with the technician while the alignment is being done. The customer never showed up for his appointment. 

    We would be willing to redo the alignment in his presence as offered.
