  I ****** ****** spent over $6800 on a engine for a 2006 jeep Cherokee with a 5.7 the newer engine is junk I done been back to ****** **** for the same issue 3 times. I asked them to replace the newer engine I paid for and they didn't guess what y'all I had my engine recheck by to others auto repairs shop's an they said I needed another engine on and yeah had them to replace my breaks just to have my brake caliper come loose

  Scam Likely. These people will swap out something you don’t need, reset the code for the real issue for a week and say your car is fixed. **** and ** are only saying whatever they need to get more money out of you. These guys are incompetent. I almost died due to their negligence!! My power steering went out exactly a week after they claimed my battery is why my power steering was out. They won’t even refund or admit fault. Learn from my mistake. I will go to the dealer for now own. Everyone out here is looking for a quick buck. These guys are no different. I checked at the dealer and they told me the real issue. Called these guys up and they are still giving me false diagnosis lol. So incompetent it’s laughable. Now I you are getting exposed. I will NEVER recommend. They are very slow. Give false diagnosis. Overcharge. And when the problem comes back a week later they are looking at you like it’s your fault! Laugh at my pain. I really almost died thinking my car was fixed. Very scary losing power steering at 70MPH. I’m just glad I’m still alive! Don’t come to Total Toledo. Pure crooks

  I took my car because my brakes went out after going over a curb. They inspected and claimed it was the air bag sensor. That my car thought it was in an accident and stopped working. They claimed the airbag sensor part could only be purchased through the dealership. ( refurbished are $350 at most online and take a few hours to repair.) A month later, hit a speed bump wrong and brakes go out again. By this time I've had to use their predatory lender koalify to pay for the initial $1600+ dollars. (Which my total pay off goes up each month) If I had not told TAR I was not happy and lost days at work, they probably would've charged me to fix what they then said was thenABS sensor. Now, since getting my car back, (even after the previous repairs) I'm noticing my steering wheel feels lose when driving. I don't trust my car going back to them. Also, if you can't afford the work, do not use koalify.
