I bought a car 6/18/24. After I got off 280 South 5 or 6 days the car cut off on the *****************. I had it towed to a mechanic that weekend. He called and said it was the transmission, that Monday, 7/8/24 I had it towed to Earl&#**;s, brother in ****** Ohio. I put $ down and $2.830.51 on completion. I got the transmission rebuilt.

We were never notified of any issues with the car from the customer. He did not call or attempt to inform us that this was going on.The first step in a situation like this when he was having problems is to contact us the dealership so we can see how it can be resolved and taken care of and could of checked the vehicle out. There was no attempt made to the dealership to be able to have helped in any way. He purchased a $2500 used vehicle it is not logical to put more in repairs than the cost of the vehicle itself without having notified the dealership of this until after repairs were made.  The vehicle is sold AS IS without any warranty as seen in the contract uploaded above by the customer.

Now I realize thats a used car. I realize the car have know warranty. If it was six months a year or two I wouldn't say anything. But 13 days the transmission that is know way to do bussiness. Most transmission shops are not reputable.

We understand your concern however you did not contact the dealership in anyway to be able to see if we could help out or notify the dealership of any concerns to check it out. You purchaced a cas AS IS without any warranty. You also test drove the vehicle before deciding to purchase it and did not have any complaints.

I purchased a vehicle and within a few days of having it there was a defect in the heating and cooling system. It kept popping on without me turning it on. Then at the same time I kept getting other indicators on the dashboard about the charging system and turning system about the front of the car. So I contacted the mechanic that runs the auto shop regarding the issues and he said he had fixed it. Once again it was not fixed. I brought it back to him several times with the same persistent problem. In addition to the check engine light coming on. Within the first week multiple things kept going wrong with the car. Everytime I brought it to get worked on he had the car sitting there for weeks. The car is currently not working due to the fact he still hasn't checked it out to see what's the issue. This is a constant issue over the past couple months. I purchased a car that I cant drive and only had it for 3 months and most of the time it has spent sitting at his shop for repairs. This car is a lemon and I just want my money back because I've already been stranded in this car in the middle of the street. I missed my daughters graduation because of this. He sells cars that has problems. His wife that runs the dealership always recommends you to her husband to fix things but you would think that the problemd would have been fixed before selling the cars. At this point I have spoke with Adam about the car several times without any resolutions and I just want my money back to go elsewhere and he can keep the car.

****** ******* has been a customer of Monroe Autos for the past
10 years. Multiple vehicles she owns have been repaired at our shop which shows
she is happy and trusts our work. While getting a vehicle repaired at our shop,
we loaned her the 2013 Ford Explorer. She drove the vehicle she purchased for
two full days and came to us stating she wanted to purchase it and she loved it.
****** purchased a used vehicle from our dealership in February 21,2024. She
contacted us twice of the issues she is having we told her we will take care of
it both times and it fixed with zero cost. We had towed her vehicle in on our
expense. She was never charged for any services.  We never denied her services and were happy to
be able to get it taken care of. She bought a used vehicle without warranty
sold AS-IS.  We allow our customers to test
drive, check out, and look over everything before making a purchase. She even
had a chance to take the vehicle for two days to drive and make sure she is
happy with everything. We want to make sure customers are taken care of that’s why
we have and continue to be in business. We are still willing to fix any problem
    she is having.
