This business installers did what they said they would per our agreement. Take out the tub and put in a shower.The agreement was for two and half days work, They were here six days.The real problem is they did a poor job, craftsmanship is hard to find in their work.A few days after they were done, I found these issues:No tape in the corners for the wall above the shower before spackling them.The caulk in the corners of the new wall panels is cracking.Shelf came off the wall.Shower doors need real muscle to roll.Baseboard needs painted.

Please note this customer had experienced buyers remorse and attempted to cancel job well after the materials were purchased and job was scheduled. Due to some materials required for his job were special order and non-returnable, any cancellation and or refund would result in special order material cost deducted from refund amount. Customer reluctantly proceeded with the installation and was very difficult on every aspect of the process. Five months later customer had filed a lawsuit in Bowling Green Municipal Court and on December ******* Judge ruled in favor of Toledo Bath Remodeling and Repair and made it clear customer was not entitled to any refund or relief
