    No valid excuse to machine issue. Several complaints to slot machine issue tonight.

    Dedicated member two years straight with no cigar! Lost EST. 30k Don't expect a dime from this place! Feel lucky you get a tiny beverage for free... You win anything expect to loose it right after if you don't run outta the facility as quick as possible! They will sucker you in- I'm NOT the ONLY one...I've heard right from another he got suckered by them....Allowing this place to be in **** is probably the worst decision ever made because the poverty level is already terrible - and gambling CAN MAKE YOU HOMELESS...There there to make money NOT to help a customer...They give zero support to customers...I was told when walking in turn the other direction - NO JOKE! You'll be lucky to walk out with $1!!!! You walk into HCT plan on loosing every ***** you GOT! If you go twice a year or on a holiday NOT so bad! If you GO - A LOT - YOUR -WORST-NIGHTMARE!
