    Paid for a Memorial ****************** to be placed on a plot which I paid a premium for the first hole for the foundation was dug in wrong spot next , ***************** was poured to wrong size ( per agreement ) now we sit ??? Was told all will be corrected & done by mid-October but no corrective action taken as of yet very frustrated

    I am sorry to hear you are experiencing frustrations. I am also surprised you choose this route to communicate those frustrations as appose to reaching out directly to myself. I am available please do not hesitate to reach out at any time. I have reviewed your file and spoken with the ****** Service Advisor you have been working with and believe this to be a case of misunderstanding and confusion. There are several agreements over the last couple years and work has been done in alignment with original agreements. I feel the confusion is as new agreements/changes in preference or upgrades to the original agreements have impacted the work and timelines.  As a result I know the ****** Service Advisors has reached out and scheduled a meeting to review your files to bring clarity to both you and the cemetery on historic and current agreements. The meeting scheduled for Oct 13th should leave both parties with a clear understanding of the work that has been done and a plan for any future needs.
