    I bought a new golf cart from Century. Golf cart connections located at 5959 Angola Rd., Toledo, OH 43615 from ************************ salesman name is ****** ********* .. I bought the golf cart on March 22, 2023, which in the process of buying it as they were bringing it from a different location to the Toledo location they damaged it and then it had to be fixed so I actually did not receive the golf cart until May or June 2023 and it has a two-year warranty on it from day of purchase …so here goes the story. I have been reaching out to them to try to get this golf cart fixed and the whole year that I’ve got to drive it. It probably has 5 to 7 hours on it. The car has broke down twice this year and it has a warranty remember two years, I’ve talked to two different people. It’ll be a month this Monday and no callbacks and they still have not been here to fix the cart like they specify to me…. as I want past their location on angle Road in Toledo, Ohio, they are no longer there. They have other facilities in Columbus, Cleveland, Cincinnati, and Hillard, Ohio again I have gotten no call back. I haven’t been able to drive my golf cart many times at all because it kept breaking down. Remind you this is a $15,000 golf cart and it probably has 5 to 7 hours on it that I actually drove it since last summer ******, the guy that sold me that is no longer with the company above is his information will tell you I lost my husband that year so I was unable to even use it so as I go to use it this year and it messed up twice when I got to use it. This is a very expensive golf cart with a warranty that they’re not honoring and they still have other locations open. Please help ****** ***** ************ ** ****************
