    Foodology cancelled the class I registered for and paid for. They booked me into a class that did not work for me. I emailed them, no response. They refuse to respond to the dozen emails I have sent. At this point I am so frustrated with the company, I want my money back and will never do business with them again. They won’t have a phone number to contact them with.

    The customer's class was cancelled due to weather. She was automatically rescheduled to the new time and date, as it states in our cancellation/reschedule policy. Due to 3 weeks of severe weather in the area, I had to cancel several classes and got a little behind on emails. On Mar. 5th, the customer emailed one time to tell me that she would prefer a credit to use at a later date. I saw and responded to this email on Mar. 22nd with a gift card credit refund that could be used at a later date. At no time did I receive an email asking for a full refund. When searching past email transactions from the email, I just found the one email from March 5th. At this time, to clear this complaint and to make this customer satisfied, I've reversed the gift card and given a full refund. Proof of these transactions are given in the attached pictures to this claim.

    My daughter purchased a $130 gift certificate for me and my fiance prior to this past Christmas as a gift to Foodology. The Company's website would not accept the gift certificate and several emails went unanswered. We registered for a class which we took this past Thursday, April 27th. To get into the class had to charge $115 on my credit card. Figured credit card charge would be reversed once at class. Instead, chef had to take a picture of gift certificate and forward to owner. To date, no response from chef's picture of gift certificate and no response from emails, instant messages, and a call to a phone number I found (no voicemail box to leave a recording). Looking for the gift certificate to be honored and my $115 charge for the class to be reversed. To date no response and no idea how to reach owner of company. Gift certificate code **************
