    I browsed this company's website and received an email from them with an offer for 15% off my entire purchase.
    I went back to the website and placed an order, entered the code for the offer and the discount was only applied to one item, not the entire purchase. I emailed the company asking why this happened and they emailed back saying they needed 24 -48 hours to "look into" the matter and they would get back to me. 48 hours later I had not heard from them, so I emailed again, this time attaching the email offer they sent me. Another 48 hours went by and they again said they needed 24 _ 48 hours to "look into" the matter and would get back to me. I emailed again and asked what exactly they needed to look into, as the email offer was quite plain in stating "15% off your entire purchase".
    I still have not heard from this company and I think the whole thing is a scam

    I wish I had researched "Color The World" Lipsticks more thoroughly before I purchased the product. First, the colors I selected are nothing like the ones I received. It was a 3-pack of "Neutral" colors, showing nudes and brownish tones. I received three very PINK shades which have no resemblance to neutrals. I worked for several Cosmetic CO. over a 35 year history and never saw a neutral shade with more Pink in it than a Barbie Doll would wear. Just horrible!! I also found the formula very disappointing----unlike some customer complaints about wearing off easily, I am still wearing most of the color some 14 hours later. It is much more like a Stain than a moisturizing lipstick. The CTW website has only glowing reviews of their product. Perhaps those customers were genuinely pleased. I so wanted to really like these Lipsticks and am so very, very disappointed. I also did not know there are no exchanges nor refunds. I often shop online and no other Company has that policy that I am aware. I'll stay with in-store cosmetic lines or HSN and QVC. This Color The World Company is a disaster! My fault for buying into the hype!

    I was very dissatisfied with your lipsticks. the color is weak, and the lipstick does not stay on my lips/ I would like a refund of my money. thank you.

    I have found their lipstick products to be as advertised. There is one product that I cannot be without. The mint repair stick. I have one tube in each of these locations; bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and my purse. Thank you, CTW.
