      Highly unprofessional, unorganized and verging on unethical. My son was in ****** hospital for 6 weeks. I signed the documents hoping that is would work out for driving school. I asked that my check not be cashed until we verified that they could pick up my son as I was told this should not be a problem. Well, in fact they did cash my check and informed me that I would have to work around them because they could not pick of my son after all. This was not possible for us and misrepresentation by *******. I had to call 4 times over six months to get any money returned and it was $50 less that what I paid. Do not trust them! There are too many driving school options to take this chance.

      Unfortunately, I do not have the student's name to verify any of this information. When a parent or student signs up for driver education, they either take classes online or in person. I assume this student took classes online. Parents and or students sign a ************* ****************** a registration page and provide an online completion certificate along with payment. They either mail these documents or email them all to us. We process the payment and paperwork right away. We have never "held" payments. When a parent and or student calls for information, they can always check with us to see if we are able to pick them up for the driving times at their homes or school. Unfortunately, we are only able to pick students up if they live within 15 minutes from our closest location to their homes. All we do is mapquest their home address to our closest location to them. We can advise them right away if we can pick them up at home or school . Anyone that works at the office would be able to tell every customer this same information right away. This information can be provided before they turn in any of their paperwork and payment. There would be no reason for us to hold their check to verify if we would pick them up at their home for the driving times. Per our ************* contract, there are no refunds. Due to his request for a refund, we do advise there is a $50 processing fee for a refund. There is quite a bit of office time given to each student and the processing the paperwork and refund. We must wait for their personal check to clear the bank. This does take 4 weeks for the processing at banks. We advise all customers that there is a waiting period.
