      I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Lasalle Cleaners that I feel compelled to share. I brought in a silk blouse that I was very fond of and had entrusted to them for cleaning. Unfortunately, not only was the garment returned in a damaged state, but the customer service I received was appalling.When I noticed the damage, I promptly reached out to discuss the issue. Instead of understanding and support, I was met with rudeness and a dismissive attitude. The staff member I spoke with was not only unhelpful but also disrespectful. I expected a professional response and a willingness to rectify the situation, but instead, I was met with indifference.Despite my attempts to explain the situation, they refused to take responsibility for the damage and offered no solutions or compensation. It's incredibly frustrating to see a business disregard customer satisfaction in such a manner.When I escalated the matter to management, I expected a resolution, but was shocked to find them even more dismissive. They not only ignored my concerns but also attempted to blame me for the damage, which was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.I would strongly advise anyone considering Lasalle Cleaners to think twice. With so many other options available, its clear that customer service and accountability are not priorities ********* yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for your dry cleaning needs
