5 starsThis is the second time we have used AAA Standard Services. Two years ago we had an ice maker malfunction and water poured through the wood kitchen floor through the basement ceiling and onto the basement floor. It was an extensive two floor clean-up. Then last month, our sump pump quit working and the basement flooded a second time! AAA Standard Services came to the rescue yet again. Their team is efficient, friendly and professional. We have been 100% pleased with their service and would recommended them without hesitation. . A special shout out to the owner Stephen and also Chester, who is one of the crew. 5 starsMy impression of *** was good right from my first phone call to their office. **** called promptly to talk about the issues we needed addressed and we scheduled a meeting at the condo we had just purchased to go over what needed to be done. He gave me a couple of recommendations about such things as blinds based on his experiences. He assured me he had a crew that was up to the task. We were able to schedule the service, and I am pleased to say the workers were hard-working, friendly, efficient, and seemed to be proud of the task they were accomplishing. Each one worked hard, and I was impressed with ******, the team coordinator, who pointed out (and took care of) a couple of issues the former owners had left behind. She and the others made a good team, and it pleased me to see the mutual respect they had for each other. **** did a final walk- through with us the following day. He also said if we found something lacking as work begins in the condo, let him know and a worked will return. High praise for AAA Standard Services for duct cleaning and heavy-duty interior cleaning/stain removal.Review fromMatt f

Absolutely wonderful service after water backup in my basement. The crew was knowledgeable and worked with me on my personal items and did a truly wonderful job. I would highly recommend their service!

I had a flood in my home that went through two stories. The initial company did a poor job at diagnosing and addressing the level of damage. Having some minor experience in flooding and water damage I contacted my insurance and AAA Standard Services was used instead. The owner and employees were extremely informative and professional. They were polite and cleaned up well after themselves. I even had a minor incident with water in the area that flooded after they had set up and left and the owner not only took my call on a Friday night but offered to come over and help! It was unnecessary but what a gesture. You can't go wrong with them!AAA Standard Services, Inc.

On Saturday, August 8, 2022, AAA Standard Services came out and did a complete apartment clean out. Excellent job! Courteous and professional! I would hire them again. I highly recommend!
