    Affordable Roofing and ******** Services came to my home and quoted me to repair a chimney/siding project in June of 2023. I paid a $600 deposit to ensure initial materials could be purchased. I also utilized measurements given to me by Affordable to have a chimney cap made for them to use in the repair. Initial schedule was pushed back repeatedly, for a number of reasons, and I gave Affordable Roofing every chance to start and complete the project over the next 4 months. This business never came to start the project. Again and again I was given excuses including injuries, car trouble, labor issues, legal trouble, weather, etc. and ultimately was forced to get another contractor to make the repair before winter, and the $200 chimney cap that I had made based on the measurements given to me by Affordable was the wrong size and couldn't be used. I have been in contact with Affordable Roofing many times over the last several months in an attempt to get my deposit back, but they have been unable to accommodate any attempt by me to collect my deposit due despite me offering to travel to go pick it up, etc. Alternative contact number is ************
