    Very good guy nice dude.completed renovations before estimation time. Highly recommended

    Paul seemed like a nice guy, but when the day of construction came, he had COVID- supposedly. Had to delay two weeks, which meant losing business. Two weeks later he showed up a day before with another guy- after walking around talking tom him he says that he had to go out of town for a family emergency. So he subcontracted. That guy showed up late, did a horrible job, had to redo it, and never finished the job. Had to stayed closed a second day, where that guy insisted we pay him, or he would go in a tear out his work. Complained ALL DAY both days about Paul. I ended up paying him for labor, but the work has never been finished. Paul claimed first that he had to care for someone on his family that now had COVID, but after many time promising to come back to finish, he never has. Hire anybody but Paul Manning and Caymens General Contracting.
