    I hired ******** to take down my old deck and put up a new one. He came did the estimate and told me it would be $3000.00. I agreed on the price he came to get a down payment for the materials I gave him $1490.00. We picked a date where he would be out to do the job. He called and said he has to come out next weekend cause his dad in in the hospital, then he could not come because he has poison ivy after that we picked another date and he never showed or called. I sent him text he said I will be out this weekend I got behind cause of the poison ivy and I have to finish up another job. He again never showed I texted him and he said he would be their Monday to do the work then never showed at this point I was done with the excesses and told him I wanted my money back. He did not respond to that text for 5 days and at that point he said he returned the materials and was waiting for the money to hit his bank account and would refund me at that point. I texted him again and asked when I will have my money and he said Monday 5/6/24 and today is Tuesday 5/7/24 and I have not received my refund..
