In the past the owner of this company, John Hawkins operated under various names including: Hawkins Painting, J.D.H. Services Inc., Precast Reconstruction, Pro-Clean Services, BTI Enterprises and Re-Construct Services.

BBB complaint files show a pattern of the company taking down payments for contracted work and then not returning to complete the work. Some consumers report giving the company down payments between $900 - $3700.

BBB contacted Mr. Hawkins, owner of Insta-Fix on November 10, 2015 to discuss the pattern and what steps needed to be taken to address the issues. The company has yet to correct the problems.
