***** and ******* - Team I - are absolutely fantastic! They are professional, courteous, and thorough. They take the time to meticulously clean my whole house and are careful with all of my possessions. They are respectful and friendly - hard working and polite - I always enjoy our visits when they come when I am at home. I am so glad I chose Molly **** services - I have never been disappointed and look forward to the sparking house I will have when ***** and ******* do their magic!

I have had *************** services for about 3 months now. They are efficient and the rates are reasonable. I am able to keep my home tidy after ****** and ***** give my home a thorough cleaning once a month. I can enjoy a clean and uncluttered environment after the "Maids' spend approximately an hour at my home. I am not in the best of health and the service is a life saver for me.*******************Molly Maid of NW Ohio

Very disappointed! Tried the service for the second time. Two girls showed up to work. I gave them a list of items I wanted to be sure they completed. I left them to work while I went back to my office. The main Molly *********** called me an hour later and said the girls didn't think they could complete in the time given. We have a lot of woodwork and it would take too long to clean. They asked if I wanted to extend the time. I asked how much time would be needed. They then called me back and said the girls felt uncomfortable and left and service would not continue. I even asked them to limit the he service to just a few rooms. They said they couldn't continue service. The girls lied and said someone said something to them. No one said anything to them. I was in my office working. I definitely would never recommend them!Molly Maid of NW Ohio

I am the owner of Molly Maid and am sorry for any distress we caused you. Before I responded I wanted to get a written statement from the team and listen to all 3 phone calls my office had with you. You are a very particular customer. The history is that back in May, 2022, we did an initial clean. The house needed a lot of attention and you were not satisfied, so another team came back an spent an additional 3.5 hours at no charge. We cleaned you on an alternate-weekly basis until Jan, 23. You had periodic complaints.On Nov 9, 2023, you called to resume service. We explained that an initial would need to be done again, due to the lapse of time between stop/start. We received incorrect square footage from you. Our initial clean estimate is based on sq footage, with house in average condition and no extras were discussed. When the team arrived, the house needed a lot of attention and you presented them a list of additional items you wanted done, including extensive application of pledge to cabinets, and to polish a large amount of woodwork. Given these things, my office called you and explained that we could not complete everything on the price we gave you.There were also some issues with the bathroom floor and conditions of some of the other rooms. After the first call, my team heard yelling and some door slamming upstairs. One of the gentlemen scowled at the team. We were not able to give you a revised cost based on the conditions above. We decided to pull our team and did not charge you for anything. Again, we apologize for not being able to complete the service.Review fromMarcia M
