    My fianc and I bought our rings here. My engagement ring I had to send out for sizing no problem. It was gone about 2 weeks. Within 4 days of receiving it back a small diamond had fallen out. I have the protection plan so no problem I drove back out so they can send it back out for repair. I just picked it up today and made sure I checked everything before I left. They did not have any diamond testers to verify my ring which I am uncomfortable with. And by the time I got home a half hour drive a different small diamond has now fallen out. I want to be able to wear my engagement ring for the rest of my life and I cant even get it to have quality to last a week without repairs?? Very disappointed that I will again be stuck in the cycle of sending out my ring and not getting to wear it. Faith lost in this company. However all the workers have been kind and pleasant to deal with.
