    We had Liberty come out to help demo and build new concrete steps for our business. They were so easy to work with and did a great job. Scheduling the work was painless and they were able to come out quickly. The crew was friendly and they worked hard. I saw the care and detail they put into the final product and it shows. We certainly will use Liberty again and would recommend them.

    Im so happy to have help with my lawn because I have some back issues that make it very difficult for me to do it myself. This service has been provided by Liberty twice now. I was very satisfied with the job the first time (April 26) they came out. The second service was on May 3rd. It looked as though a weed ****** was used for both the front and back lawn as it was very choppy. Some rows were short and others, the grass was 7 inches long. I planted some immature trees last fall (5ft) that are doing very well. Two of them have damage near the base apparently from a weed ****** and one of them appears to be dying. In addition to that, a down spout has been stepped on and smashed. Ive emailed the company and am waiting for a response. Ill be happy to update my review after I receive a response. At this point Im very dissatisfied with the service I received.

    We have apologized for the inconvenience caused to you and agreed to part ways at this time with charges for your services credited for a $0 account balance. Mistakes happen, it is the beginning of the season and a few of our guys are new and still training. As to the downspout that was not damage caused by us, as you can see in the picture it had rust on it which shows it was previously damaged awhile ago. While we do value any opinion given, I do wish you waited to leave this review and cancel services until we had the opportunity to correct the situation. You emailed when we were closed on Sunday, Monday I was in meetings out of the office and did not have a chance to respond to any emails. Tuesday morning you called, I was on the other line and then you immediately canceled via email right after I missed your call, that leaves no room for a positive solution.

    I needed concrete steps removed and replaced and a retaining wall installed. Liberty Lawn exceeded my expectations on both! The new retaining wall matches an existing retaining wall (which was my biggest concern) and they did a fabulous job. Also provided piping for water overflow and came back and put topsoil and grass seed on the area impacted by the new wall.
    By far an amazing experience and quality work! I would highly recommend!
