    Perfect Site's employee was not able to fix the issues on our property, and told us we had a problem with the lines beneath our parking lot concrete, which was supposedly why he couldn't fix said issues. Yet, Perfect Site still sent a bill for $527.00. Then, we were able to get Howard's Irrigation on our property about a month later (after having to water our flower beds by hand with a broken arm almost daily for 4-5 weeks and almost ALL of our grass was dead), who found the issue was a simple leak back by our garbage dumpsters, where we had a literal pond. Employee from Howard's easily fixed the leak and suddenly, we no longer had an issue with pressure. While walking the property with Howard, we discovered that the Perfect Site employee had simply TURNED OFF over half of our flower bed nozzles, and several of them were broken, as well. Some of them would not even raise above ground when the system turned them on and were just flooding the flower beds in a few small areas and not reaching the flowers at all. VERY ANGRY at the VERY POOR SERVICE and the incompetence from Perfect Site and the bill is currently in dispute. If they can prove the parts they actually replaced, we will pay for materials (but not very inclined to trust them at this point). We WILL NOT pay for any labor, as they literally did nothing to help us, especially considering the fact that we told them our flower beds were THE MOST IMPORTANT thing and they did NOTHING to fix those issues, but instead gave us a false excuse, making us believe we would need to dig up our parking lot and replace or repair the lines underneath it, apparently not even ATTEMPTING to actually diagnose the problem.
