    Sod was installed may it starting dying 6 days later They took my grass up on the 16th there sod cutter did not work they had to dig some up by shovels it was the whole perimiter. it way to high we asked to take it down low hats a lot to dig by hand because it to high when it rains water goes in my shed you can see in the pic. I spend my time I have a beautiful back yard as you can see in the pics I am discusted.

    We have responded to *****'s Initial Complaint. I am going to save our email response into a pdf and attach it. This also shows all timelines.  I believe it should answer her questions. 

    In Summary, ***** ended up with some yellow spots in her new sod due to not watering properly and having dogs urinate. You will find in the response below that despite Sod clearly not being warranted against these items (spelled out in her contract) - We still offered to come back after a few weeks to replace damaged sections. ***** declined this and instead wanted us to remove everything and start over or to give her money back. We felt like we were going above and beyond what our contracts spell out to ensure client satisfaction. ***** asked us to no longer speak with her as she was wanting to involve her attorney. At this point, we did stop our reaching out to her.  As things stand, we will still offer to replace the sod sections that her dogs had ruined with the caveat that it is a one time replacement. Should she continue to let her dogs urinate on the sod before it roots, we can not continue to keep coming back out to fix.
