    I have been trying to obtain information about a trust in which my son is a named beneficiary. Over the past two years, I have made more than two dozen attempts to contact this office by phone, email, and postal mail. On the few occasions when I have successfully reached someone, Ive been told that they will "get back to me" yet no one ever follows through.Despite being promised updates multiple times, I have never received a single call or email in return. This prolonged lack of response has caused considerable emotional distress and raises serious concerns about transparency and ***************** a legal guardian seeking information on behalf of a minor child, I expect a basic level of professionalism and communication. I am now left with no choice but to consider legal action to protect my sons rights.I strongly urge this office to uphold its fiduciary responsibilities and respond promptly to outstanding requests.
