    I received a letter for collections of a camera traffic ticket, but when I called the city that was stated on the letter and gave them my info, I was told that I wasnt in the system for any violations at all. These folks must be scammers. I will be calling the ****************

    I called to dispute a collection account regarding a red light camera traffic citation. My dispute being this car belongs to my daughter and is only tagged in my name. The lady answering the phone refused to allow me to file a dispute. She stated "it does not matter who was driving the vehicle, it is registered to you". I requested to speak to someone else and she hung up on me. I have since called by twice and have been forwarded to voicemail both times.

    The receptionist I talked to was extremely rude and condescending. Called to ask a question and she completely disregarded everything I tried to say and tried to humiliate me. She became completely passive aggressive and had no compassion whatsoever. Sounded like she was enjoying putting someone down and was completely happy with herself. It was revolting.

    The office manager gives misleading legal advice and when you question her about it she personally insults you. I get this is a business and everyone is struggling, but to rip down your integrity and humiliate you over A medical bill is just shameful. This is a huge lawfirm and to have someone this unhelpful and assaulting is sad. I spoke to two other law members who didn't feel the need to attack my character over a bill. Truly unfortunate.

    I was just calling to get help and a few details I needed. ****** was absolutely beyond rude. She barely let me talk and at the and of our conversation she was laughing. I told her I did not understand as to why she was being rude when all I was trying to do was get some help and understand.
