    They are one of the best locksmith services around ******. They are fast, friendly, and don't waste your time. I had two keypad locks' cylinders rekeyed alike, and it was done in 20 minutes as I waited. All I had to do was to take them out of my doors and bring to the shop. The service was done in a friendly way and the cost was much less than what I was led to believe by some. Overall, I am pleased I went to them for locksmith service.

    I called this man, John Tuttle the owner of the business and I was telling him what was going on with my vehicle and I couldn’t get in it and he asked me how far away I am from the shop. So I responded and said I’m not sure where is your shop located I’ve never been there before. Then John responds and says I can’t help you then hangs up on me. So I called him back and tell him that he was rude for the way he reacted to me so he said sorry but you responded a question with a question. Then proceeded to ask me where my vehicle was located. I would’ve never hired this man in a million years after the way he reacted towards me. I’ve worked in customer service for years never have I ever treated someone with the disrespect that he treated me nor have I ever been disrespected by a business the way he disrespected me. I do not recommend this business.
