    I was billed for some sort of pathology service at Rush. The date of service did not match any medical services I received. They act as though the bill went through insurance, but my ******************** does not have any record of them submitting. This was all done within the Rush system and this company seems to be made up of Rush pathologists (*******). However, this company is based in ******, ****. All the other specialty physician bills come directly from Rush, not a random, unaffiliated company. Their customer service is exceptionally unhelpful

    This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced! They have continually billed me for a service my insurance deemed unbillable. After making multiple phone calls and not getting a resolution, my insurance company reached out to them. Their billing **** yelled at my insurance rep and then hung up on her. The next week, I received another bill in the mail this time threatening collection action if not paid in the next 10 days. THIS WAS NOT A BILLABLE CHARGE! I have gone round and round with this horrible business. Avoid if possible. They are mean, nasty, and bullies. I have filed a complaint with the BBB in hopes no one has to deal with this nonsense.
