  I hired Glass City Movers to move my daughter back to the northeast. I spoke with Nicole on multiple occasions. Her assistance along with Zach and Brock, the actual mover's helped get my daughter’s belongings home on time and safely. We highly recommend them.

  I was to glass city movers by a friend of mine who couldnt stop raving. That was good enough for us. We called and spoke to ****** who went through a very detailed inventory and answered all my questions & concerns. The night before the truck arrived, *** called to introduce himself along with *****. They arrived the next day, packed & loaded everything & were on their way. Told us to expect them 2 days as promised. The delivery went smoothly. I now recommended them to my sister who will use them next month. Glass City movers prevails ************

  We had a move that needed some special attention and the process was daunting but it was handled very well by everyone involved at Glass City. We had gotten a few estimates and we are very glad we went with this company. I had heard about the company via a coworker who had used them with great results but still you never know until the tires hit the road. After many phones calls, which Glass City was great about taking EVERYTIME, we got the ball rolling and all the extra little details figured out. The move was great, and even with all the extras and details we had asked for, everything was great. The staff was very professional and the crew coming and goin was fantastic. NOT a single item was damaged and the transition was super smooth from one location to the next. You always wonder during that week or so until your stuff arrives cross country just what to expect...but spot on. Thank you again Glass City for the great experience and the professional manner in which the whole process was handled.

  My family and I just competed our second move with Glass City Movers.As usual they went above and beyond all our expectations.The inventory and scheduling with ****** was spot on (with the extra items we included).The communication before the pick up was perfect (and so very helpful).The driver even kept in touch with us on a Sunday evening. (Thank you ***).The men worked carefully boxing our belongings and fragile items and diligently loading the truck (in 90 degree's) with a pleasant demeanor . Everything arrived perfectly.I can't say enough about this company.Thank you once again Glass City Movers for a job well done.**********

  Horrendous experience. Was told by ****** our cross-state move would likely take 2 days, loading the truck partially on day 1, staying somewhere secure overnight, coming back next day to finish and drive to destination. Upon arrival were told no, were doing it all today and starting the drive tonight. After scrambling to pack remaining items, were also told certain items cannot be transported as is (ex. Peloton screen needs to be off before transporting) which we were not told in advance. Crew of 3 at our first home, **** being a direct *** from the company, other two hired by him. Fragile items didnt exist, we saw them flipping and slamming boxes onto dolleys, scraping our furniture across our walls, and disassembling furniture but not keeping track of all parts or screws, which I only found after they had left. Left a mess in our home, water bottles left around the house, shrink wrap and cardboard tubes we had to clean up. One hired mover tried to leave before the job was done, leading to a yelling altercation in our garage. **** noted that evening of day 1 he would start the drive that night and call us with arrival timing for next day. Were then told a few hours later they will be to the new home at 10am the next morning, we pushed back as we hadnt even finished cleaning their mess from the first home, its a 5 1/2 hour drive and we have 3 animals to consider. It did get moved to a 12pm delivery, but thats the latest well deliver, though they noted they could show up to deliver as late as 2 days from the loading date. Unloading at new house was chaos - **** was there but two entirely new people showed up to unload and reassemble, with zero communication between teams, leaving things misassembled, or unassembled entirely, but made to look assembled. Our master bed for example was completely unscrewed, which we only discovered when laying on it and it pitching forward. We have filed a claim, 2 weeks later and no response or ***arations.

  This company was hired for my move through a relocation group and I ended up having to back out of my planned move because of the poor service this company provided resulting in me losing thousands of dollars. When the movers showed up to my home they did not have enough room for my items in the truck and the owner never took accountability for their poor planning. I had adjusted my items through the relocation group earlier in the week and Glass City Movers received the adjustment but never accommodated to make sure they had enough space for my items and the movers validated that my estimate was accurate when they arrived. The owner of the company tried to pressure me into having half of my items moved to a storage facility or to purchase a U-haul to move the remaining items myself. The customer service I received from the owner of this company was very poor. He never took accountability for their poor planning to make sure they actually had room to move all of my belongings and was very rude to me over the phone. I would never recommend this company to anyone else as they seem to use tactics to force people into poor circumstances with their move by pressuring people to break up their belongings into more than one shipment.
