      This crew led by Dave is Rude and Agressive. I was insulted for how I look and threatened to fight instead of being engaged in any type of conversation. While the crew insulted me they entered and searched buildings on the property instead of listening to my request to wait as I called the home owner to locate the pool cover. It took me ten minutes past the appointment time to locate the pool cover. It was not in the buildings they entered. They become angry when I would not let the crew of several Men enter the garage to search it. It was intimidating and has me thankful there are cameras on the property.

      Stone Pools goes to great lengths to communicate with our customers. While the office was closed on Saturday the office was unaware of any problem until the following Monday. The customer scheduled the pool closing, then called for confirmation and was given an arrival time for the next day. The crew was given verbal confirmation of the time. According to Mr. Stone, the customer was not home at the aforementioned time of arrival. The majority of our customers are repeat customers. They know what we do and what is expected in the event they cannot be home. The only reason Mr. Stone asked about looking in the garage was in order to gain access to the winter cover so the crew could begin work until the customer was home. The adult who came out of the house told Mr. Stone that his mother wasn't home. Mr. Stone tried to relay to the customer that they could go ahead and get started since the customer was not there at the agreed-upon time and hoped she would return before they finished. As a business Stone Pools can not have a crew getting paid while waiting on the customer. This is why we call the day before. Physical altercations are never an option for Stone Pools. We do not like to hear complaints, and we are sorry the customer was not home in order to clear up any miscommunication and allow us to do the job she hired us to do.

      Stone Pools!! Amazing! They never disappoint! From my initial phone call to Susan to the crew that left my house. A-1 service! I will continue to recommend and continue to utilize the services they offer. They have replaced my pool, opened and closed my pool and replaced a pool liner. Always timely and efficient!

      I'm not sure why people are complaining about this company, I have used them for my opening and closing of my inground pool for over 6 years and have never had a problem with customer service, work done or quality. Some of these reviews sound like entitled people who don't understand that if you are kind to them, they will be kind back. Customer service should not have to take abuse from unsatisfied customers. I will continue to use Stone Pool for my pool needs in all aspects.
