    As a loyal customer of Metro PCS for a decade, I recently encountered an unpleasant experience with the company. On January 12, 2024, I visited one of their stores to inquire about adding a 3rd line to my account. However, I was informed that no iPhones were available in any of the five stores owned by the same individual. While this was not a major issue, I then requested assistance with a problem that had persisted for two months. Despite subscribing to their WiFi service due to its supposed superior quality in my area, my phone and TVs would constantly buffer. Upon explaining the situation to the owner of the company, I was told that my phone’s power save mode was the cause of the issue. When I pointed out that this explanation did not address the problem with my TV, the owner became confrontational and asked me to leave the store, citing my attitude as the reason. Despite my intention to find a solution to the problem, the owner called the police, resulting in an unpleasant experience for me. As a long-term customer, I had never faced such an unpleasant experience with the company. I believe that the issue should have been handled in a more professional manner, and I would appreciate it if the company could take the necessary steps to address my concerns.don't want to correct it.
