      Our roof is quite large and has many peaks and valleys. The crew was professional and efficient. They would arrive early in the morning and work until nightfall. They replaced the entire roof down to the plywood, and they cleaned up after themselves as they went along. We had an excellent experience with *** Home Pros and would highly recommend them to others.

      We started off a little rough - but things improved. Even when rough- they were still trying their best, they just needed some experience in handling sales. They have now hired someone to help them with that -so that will be improving.Then we got to the install and the crew was absolutely amazing! Such a hard working crew and very courteous! This would have been a 5 star review except for glitches at beginning. Thank you for the gorgeous roof!

      Overall very good job with craftsmanship. There was a miscommunication on the color that my wife and I wanted. We wanted a dark gray but recieved a dark brown (burnished slate). The problem wasn't with S and M roof customer service. But it was bc of paint colors on a paper, instead of actual metal paint samples. After the installation and corrections were completed, **** the owner called and talked to me and worked it out. **** and his company is a great company that will work with you and make things right.

      Roof leaks hole in my wall no insulation waiting for windows for almost 3 months

      Good afternoon **************, in regards to your roof we sent a repairman out and they did call you and you did not respond to our phone call once we were coming out. In regards to your windows; window timeline is 5 weeks that is the manufacturer not us. We explain to you that the supplier damaged (1) window and we reached and asked if you would like all your the windows that did arrive to be installed and wait for the 1 or would you prefer to wait, You said youd prefer to wait. Unfortunately we are short staffed like many other companies and our doing our best to keep with schedule. Your windows are currently scheduled for the 27th. And your roof was warrantied 11/13. If your roof is having additional issues you have to inform the company. You can call our office *************
