    We bought a goodwill gift card in Orlando Fl for my daughter in Toledo Oh. It was a plastic physical gift card for her birthday. When she went to use it they would not accept it at the Toledo store. I tried to contact them two weeks ago and we still haven't received any type of response. All we are asking for is for goodwill to honor the gift card at face value in their Toledo stores.

    We can only honor Goodwill gift cards that were purchased within our 14 store network (**************). From the sounds of it the customer bought the gift card from a Florida Goodwill which is why we cannot honor the gift card at our location.

    After my last experience I will never be back I purchased some items at this location 6/12 I usually always check my receipt because I’m always double charged at this location this time I checked too late because they were close I was charged twice for a pajama set so I called and they told me come the next day I come back on 6/13 to the same girl who cash me out was rude she started yelling at me saying it was different tags when the set was on the hanger was together then she eventually got the manager he was nice and help me but the cashier never apologized I don’t like the fact I was only offer store credit so I’m stuck with making a purchase when I just wanted my money back at the ***** **** **, ********, OH ***** location
