    I have purchased a wood chipper. Model ******. It cost $2268.24. At first I had problem with the engine. It was locked up. It wouldn't turn over. I called and they told me to call ****** since it was a engine problem. They warranty the engine. I did and ****** took care of the problem. It took 3 or 4 months. But when I got the chance to use it the belts shred a part. Replace them twice. They keep shred apart. Now they don't even return my email. Try calling but that is useless. You get voice box and they never return your call. I ordered it on 2/19/23. But didn't receive it about first part of April. It is also a year now and they are going to try over year past and warranty is no good. I have checked reviews and that has happened to other customers. At this point I am just looking to get my money back.

    Hello, 

     Replacement part orders were processed for ******* unit this morning (before we received the BBB complaint). I have just discussed two different resolutions with the customer via phone call and he agreed to give it one more shot before providing a potential refund. He is satisfied with the communication and potential resolution avenues.
