Our travel agent, ******, in the *************** thought of everything. She was consistently available to answer questions and when we requested specifics to our travel, she readily found ways to meet our requests. The printed itinerary at the end was thorough and we knew what to expect each day. We would use her and this agency again for larger family vacations!Central Travel

Central Travel is a phenomenal business to work with! ***** was the travel agent that I worked with and she could not have made the planning process any easier. The travel arrangements and accommodations were absolutely perfect! The recommendations that she made were top notch. I've had multiple issues with Central Travel not following up on requests for information.I also had issues dealing with Central Travel and Delta Vacations during Covid pandemic.Not very pleased.Central Travel

I appreciate your concern on this. Central Travel is working with Delta Vacations to resolve this matter. It looks as if you were refunded the correct amount due, but the refunded was processed in the form of a travel voucher instead of being processed as a refund on your credit card. The agent is in contact with Delta Vacations, to see how this matter can be resolved.Review fromBeth S

We have had the pleasure of ***** from Central Travel to help plan our family vacations. ***** kept us well informed of all travel details. ***** was always available for the many questions or changes I had. Our last family trip was to an all inclusive resort in **********. I highly suggest a swim out suite with the diamond club. We thought the food was better at the buffets rather than the individual restaurants. Looking forward to planning our next vacation with *****.Thank you for an exceptional experience!Central Travel
