My grandson purchased a 2013 GMC Acadia from H4T auto dealership. He asked to see the car fax 3 times but each time the seller gave an excuse that he had to find it. My grandson paid $12,100.00 for the vehicle on 02/17/22 and drove it off the lot. Just 31 days later the engine blew leaving him stranded on the highway. When we contacted H4T they stated the vehicle was sold as is and it was our tough luck that it didn't last. For a vehicle to only last 31 days makes me wonder that they knew something was wrong when they sild it. We would really appreciate any help the BBB could give us.

Our website list the CARFAX report whenever we list the vehicle so we don’t have to look for it it will be available online for everyone
( please check our website)
We do usually give the customer the option to purchase an extra warranty but the customer rejected the offer he picked the as is deal
The customer test drove the vehicle and I do believe he asked if we have any problems if he stop by his mechanic and we said yes you can do that
The drove the vehicle for 31 days as he stated so what kind of hidden problems we knew can be hidden for 31 days
The customer statement that we knew about the problem doesn’t make sense and we actually would like to assure that we were sure that the vehicle was in great mechanical condition when he purchase it
