    The company valet parked my car overnight 06/17/2023. Our vehicle was parked and the keys provided to the valet at 230PM at the Hilton Garden Inn downtown Toledo. The following day, 06/18/2023 we checked out of the hotel around 12PM. When we received our vehicle, the windshield was cracked and there were scratches on the pillar alongside it. The valet working at the time took my email, phone number and pictures of the damage, and stated that they would review the video and provide a claim form. The claim form was never sent. I have since called the Hilton several times. Eventually, I was provided the contact number for the "valet manager". I called for 5 straight days, leaving messages each time and never received a reply. I later called the hotel again and was given an email for the valet manager. Again, no reply was sent. I also reached out to Hospitality Parking Services through their website and also did not receive a reply. I have had to fix my windshield at this point as the car was no longer able to be driven.
