    On 3/21/24, I remitted approximately half for the estimate for work to be done for bat removal following a disastrous and fraudulent attempt by another company to remediate the cause of bat entry into my attic. The contract was accepted and the work was scheduled on March 29, 2024. The agreement was that $1000 was to be held for six months from when the doors were installed. Upon completion of the seal work, I remitted the balance less the $1000.00 on 4/24/2024. So, it has been more than six months and so now, I have been pleading with the company to remove the bat doors in order that I can remit what I owe. Moreover, I have asked for a quote to provide clean up services for any left over bat guano residue in the area. I have called numerous times, with no response. I have been promised three times that someone would be out to take care of my remaining concerns. Yet, twice, on 7/6/24 and 9/25/24, jobs were supposedly scheduled, yet no one arrived to perform any work. I am totally at my wits end trying to get someone to respond. It is quite dissappointing because at the beginning of this process, the technician, who I think was one of the owners, was so responsive and kind in helping me to fix my issues, so this is really surprisingly frustrating after what I went through with the other company that I hired. Unfortunately, it seems like this might be the only way to get a response out of anyone.

    *******, feel free to call the office and ask for ******. I left a balance on your account of $1000 and did not take the remaining balance until the job was completed. All you have to do is call up here and ask for me and I can get you squared away, but I think we can both agree That we were actually able to get rid of your animal problem unlike the last company you Ycontracted
